to reserve a room, after which time we’ll give you your booking number. You’ll need
to put down £25 to guarantee your space which will go towards your rent when you
move in.

Note: Customers may book up to 4 weeks in advance The reservation in only valid
for 4 weeks. Once you've moved in, you can use the room for as long as you like.
Your contract will only expire upon written receipt of a seven day notice from yourself.
